No Returns on Food Items

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Packaging is leaking or broken at the time of delivery


Reporting an Issue

If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Order number and delivery details

Complaints reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.


Refund Process

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Taste preferences

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Delay caused by courier services

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper storage of the product after delivery.
Shelf life is up to 1 month when unopened, if stored in a cool and dry place.
